I am offering a hard to find unfinished HO Mantua General 4-4-0 steam locomotive. The locomotive appears to be in it\'s as delivered condition. The locomotive and tender fit in a cardboard cut out tray which is included in the box. Their are no provisions in the box for disassembled parts such as boiler cab etc.. As you can see in the photos, the flash and other parts like the bell and headlight are not attached to the locomotive and are included. Their is some wire included for the hand rails that are not shown in the photos. The pieces that connect the side rods on the valve gear hangers are missing. I did not see a wood load for the tender.In my opinion due to having not seen another general in kit form, I will leave it up to the buyer to decide it\'s authenticity. The locomotive was not tested due to it\'s having been uncompleted and stored for many years. This sale includes only the parts shown in the photos.This is a great find for the vintage Mantua Tyco collector.
