NO CORE REQUIRED. You are looking at a professionallyrebuilt pair of 70 dated small block Ford 351 Windsor cylinder heads, cast # D0OE-C.These heads are both match dated at 0E12 & 0E11 (May 1970). These headswere used from 1970 to 72 on the 351W including Mach 1 Mustang and Torino GT. Theyhave 60.4 CC chambers and 1.84 / 1.54 valves.
These heads were professionally rebuilt around 15 years ago byGettle Machine Shop in Lebanon Pa (now closed). Gettles was an old school shop, family runand well known in the area. They rebuilt the engine in my dad?s 47 Willysbefore they closed and the owner, Bill retired. They did everything from sprintcar engines to farmall tractors. Bill is still alive and super knowledgeable.Folks like him are a dying breed and the new guys don?t know this OLD stuff.
These heads were done for a customer who never picked it up.
They were tanked, magged andcompletely rebuilt from top to bottom, then bagged and stored in a modernwarehouse. I did notice a couple of the exhaust valves are originals. All the other valves are new. Ready to use. Hard to find 70 dated pair.
