Here we have one great sounding and looking McIntosh MC 2505 vintage solid state power amplifier made in Binghamton, New York. Recently serviced by Echo Audio here in Portland, Oregon. This amp is built like a tank and ready to roll, no problems whatsoever. I\'m going to pay to have it professionally packed by UPS so it will be insurable for the full purchase price (at no additional cost to the buyer).I would love to keep this guy, it sounds great and looks so cool, I especially love the big blue power meters; but sadly it must go.It\'s in very good condition cosmetically though it does have some flaws. There\'s a bit of bubbling on the face around the panloc buttons and headphones jack, a spot to the left of the left power meter and a tiny little bubble under the \"ER\" of \"POWER AMPLIFIER\" on the right side. On the top of the amp, the front left and rear left and right corners have some longer scratches that look to have been touched up with black paint. Also up top on the front right corner there are some scratches and a bit of the writing has been removed. Other than that there are various minor little scuffs and scratches here and there that would be typical for a vintage amp like this that isn\'t in mint, but very good condition. Please see the pics for more details.
Please ask any and all questions you may have, thanks.
