SHIPPING
We ship from our large fulfillement center in Texas. This location means most US customers will get their items in 1-6 business days!
We ship Monday - Friday. Most orders ship the next business day depending on workload maybe the same day. Shipping carrier is UPS. Once we have a tracking number, we will update your order status and send you an email (usually between 8-9pm CST the day your order ships).
We are unable to ship to PO / APO / FPO Box addresses at this time. We can only ship to physical addresses in the US that UPS can deliver to.
We cannot ship this item under any circumstances to international customers.
Combined shipping: happens automatcially with more than 1 of this item. If you want to buy multiple different items from us, simply checkout with all the items, then request a total and we will combine the orders! If you pay before we combine, we may not be able to catch the shipment and combine - our systems are automated and the warehouse is fast!
PAYMENT
Payment due within 4 hours of purchase. We list items in many places. We have to cancel orders from time to time due to the item being sold out. We update our inventory every 30 minutes. We cannot hold items until payment is arranged/received. Please pay promptly to ensure inventory.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied, return the unopened/unused item for refund (less original shipping and return shipping) within 14 days. There is a 15% restocking fee on the original item price.
