This is a used Metrotech 650 cable locator. It comes with the case shown in the photos, but it DOES NOT COME with the cable clamp in the photos, that has been sold separately, we no longer have that. This powers up and beeps and the needle moves when I waved it over my service entrance cable to my garage. However, that is the only testing I have done with it. Here is a video of me testing it.
