THERE ROPE STARTED BUT THERE ARE ELECTRIC STARTERS AVAILABLE FOR THEM. NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURES THE FLYWHEEL HAS A PLACE FOR A 1\" SHAFT TO BE BOLTED ON AN THERE AVAILABLE. THE WT. IS 95LBS.
