You will send the item back to MFJ and the signed sales receipt has to be in the package with a note explaining the problem and MFJ will replace -if under 30 days- or repair it. If under 30 days, MFJ will pay for the shipping back to you,the warranty is usually for one year and if something goes wrong after 30 days,you pay the shipping both ways. We pack the item very well, but, if the item is damaged in transit, if insurance is purchased, I will have the shipping company pick up the item and replace it.
