The desk is 59 1/2\" long by 31 1/2\" deep and stands 30\" off the floor. The top, with fully functional tamber cover, is another 20\" tall with a 12\" wide top. The top detaches from the two pedestals which are separated by a modesty panel. Both pedestals have pull-out writing surfaces measuring about 17\" by 12\". The left pedestal has four drawers and the right a larger drawer with five smaller ones below it as well as another small drawer and three small shelves. The bottom of the lower, smaller drawer is open backed and has a spring to hold papers and a pasted-in index card bearing the notation \"Moon Desk Company Muskegon, Michigan.\" The right pedestal is unique in that it pivots closed to reveal a front of three false drawers.
