Damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged,please email a picture of the damage. In most cases, a full refund willbe given and no further action is needed. Returns:
We do notaccept returns on International sales. Domestic buyers - Buyer pays returnshipping. Item must be in the original condition in order to receive afull refund. For example, if the box is sealed, it must be returnedsealed. A refund of the cost of the item will be promptly made upon thereturn of the item in the same condition that it was sent. Insurance isstrongly recommended to protect yourself especially if you are not anexperienced packer.
