The grill cloth has a few holes. The speaker is in very good shape. The cone has no apperent damage. The cabinet and speaker look to be all original. The speaker is untestested and is being sold as-is. It may need repairs to be made operational. The dimensions of the cabinet are 15\" x 10 1/2\" x 9 1/2\" and is quite heavy weighing over 16 pounds.
