 This Print from an original Navajo painting from the heart ofthe Indian Nation. 

The artist, JC Black, is known for his portrayal oftraditional Navajo subjects with amazing light and color. 

The Yei Bi Cheidancers with their distinctive masks and feathers preform the Night Way Chant. 

Black's subjects are often wearing unique traditional jewelry and accessories. 

The dancer in the foreground is wearing a Turquoise and Coral Bolo Tie and ared fox fur wrap. 

The others all feature large concho belts. The dances of thenight continue until the sunrise. 

Here the mystery and power of the dances isrevealed. 

The costumes and jewelry glow with color and the dancers really cometo life. This high quality Giclée is printed on canvas. 

The original acrylicpainting was professionally reproduced with J.C. Black's permission. 

This printprecisely captures every brush stroke and Black's exceptional use of color. 

TheYei Bi CheiDancers Navajo Print on canvas is unframed. Only four were made and each is signed by J.C Black. 

The print is 24" by 36" with a 1-3/4" white border and is unframed.

 

Shipping a Giclée mountedon a frame is far too costly. For this reason, all Giclée prints are shippedrolled in a tube. A local craft or frame store can mount this quality Gicléefor a fraction of what it costs to safely ship mounted.

JACK BLACK is an outstanding Navajo artist from Red Valley, Arizona in the Four Corners area of the Navajo Reservation. Jack is a self-taught artist who uses acrylics on his Navajo paintings. Most of Jack's work is landscape art and paintings of the Navajo and Hopi elders. Jack Black paints scenes of older times, and of days and times that represent the simple Navajo life.
