Order Processing & Payments
Our orders are generally received, processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time payment has cleared (This excludes weekends, U.S. nationally observed holidays and during the week prior to and after Christmas and New Year\'s holiday).
Shipping
Your item(s) will be shipped using the most efficient carrier to your area (USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc), which is determined once the order is received. Expedited shipping options are also available and can be selected during checkout.
We Do Not Ship Outside of the Continental US.
Returns
Please message us immediately with any issues regarding your purchase. We offer a 14 day return policy on all orders in the form of replacement or refund. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to items that are not defective, ordered by accident, or returned for a refund rather than replacement.
