For sale is a recent Nerf Gun, the "Maverick REV-6", part of the N-Strike series, by Hasbro. It shoots micro darts, 5 of which are included (I let a little kid play with it at a garage sale and he shot one into a tree never to be seen again, which is why there are 5, not 6, lol). I bought this on a Black Friday sale in 2011 just because it looked fun, but I went back to school, never really used it, and it just sat in a box... It's been used like 4-5 times.The gun is fired by cocking the slide (the silver part on top of the gun, see pics), and then pulling the trigger. It's a 6 shooter / revolver, so you press the little button & the barrels pop out the side (as shown in the pics) so you can reload. The gun works perfectly, and is in excellent / like new cosmetic condition. It does not jam, is extremely accurate, and can shoot up to 40 feet. This is one of the best and most popular of all the recent Nerf guns (cosplayers use them all the time, for example), and it is extremely accurate and powerful compared to all my older vintage 90s Nerf stuff.I had a bunch of the very early Nerf guns in the early 90s, and had a few Nerf battles with other kids (not too many) and babysitters when I was young, and had been saving them, but as they have sat unused for well over a decade, and as the house is being cleared out, I decided it was finally time to part with them. I will be putting my entire collection up on - check my other items if you're interested. I tried to keep everything is as good condition as I could over the years.* Please note, this was kept in a pipe smoker's house, however it should not really have the smell of smoke on it at all (unless you are super super sensitive). It was basically never around the smoker, since it was kept in the upstairs of my parents' house where the smoker never really goes, and was stored in a plastic container, and later, in a box in the attic, and the few times I used it, he was not around it.
Shipping is at cost (what it actually costs me to ship it). It is calculated by location, weighing just under 1 lb 5 oz packed. I am reusing an old box to ship it in, so there is no cost for material. Shipping options being offered are USPS Parcel Select (2-9 days) and Priority Mail (1-3 days), depending on where you live there might only be a few cents difference between the fast and slow shipping. There is a handling fee of $1.00 to cover the (10%) and Paypal (2.9%) fees now charged on the shipping cost.
