Return Policy

Barton Carroll\'s offers a 14 Day Return Policy. However we do ask that you read & understand the entire return policy completely BEFORE purchasing. If the item arrives damaged Barton Carroll\'s will take care of everything from our end for you at NO charge to the customer, we make sure our customers are taken care of.

On Non Defective returned items the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong item, say an 18\" dishwasher & you needed a 24\" dishwasher or the wrong voltage Air Conditioner etc & need to return it, we\'ll deduct the actual return shipping cost (even if the listing was with free shipping) as well as a 15% restocking fee from your PayPal refund. Just so you know the shipping cost on the larger items runs from $40 - $60 per item, so if you don\'t read the entire listing & order something you can\'t use you may have approximately $100 or more deducted from your refund, so PLEASE make sure it\'s what you want BEFORE purchasing. On all returns Barton Carroll\'s will schedule FedEx to pick up the returned item so you won\'t have to deal with setting up the actual shipping. Customer is responsible to have item repackaged for FedEx to pick up, FedEx will bring the necessary label for the return package & pick it up at the original shipping address.
