Payment Terms
Windshoppe accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. For credit card payments we are only able to ship to an address that is verified by the issuing bank. ALL shipments require a buyer\'s signature. Under no circumstances will merchandise be shipped without a signature requirement. Windshoppe will provide all tracking information to the buyer upon shipment.
International Transactions
We will ship only to the continentalUnited Statesor qualifying purchases through \'s Global Shipping Program with restrictions noted.
Damaged Merchandise
* Merchandise damaged while in the buyer\'s possession will not be accepted for return.
* Merchandise damaged during shipping:
The buyer is responsible for inspecting packaging and merchandise immediately upon arrival. If damage to the merchandise has occurred during shipping, the buyer must immediately notify Windshoppe by phone or email so that we may instruct the buyer as to how to proceed. Under no circumstances should the merchandise be returned to Windshoppe prior to having it inspected by a representative of the shipping company at the buyer\'s premises. Windshoppe will not refund payment for any item(s) damaged during shipping if the buyer has failed to meet any of the above mentioned conditions.
