I have for sale another very nice but older Buffet Crampon Evette E-11 Bb wood clarinet, serial #205803. The modern Buffet Crampon E-11\'s, were first made in France under the name of Evette and then in the 1980\'s, production was moved to Germany and the name was eventually changed to E-11. This Evette was made in Germany so it was just before the name was changed to E-11 so it is an early E-11. The wood in those older clarinets was aged longer and so the wood is denser and of better quality than the wood that is being used in modern wood clarinets today and much less likely to crack.
It has been taken apart and cleaned and the wood oiled and the nickel plated keys were hand polished and given all new cork pads on the upper joint, 2 cork pads on the lower joint and the rest bladder pads, new tenon joint corks and new key bumper corks. The wood is in excellent with no cracks or repaired cracks and only minor scuffs and scratches. The keys are beautiful with no plating wear that I can see and no pitting. This clarinet could be taken for a new one. It is that nice looking. It plays beautifully and easily but if you should offer on it and aren\'t happy with it, I will gladly take it back so you don\'t have to be afraid to offer on it.
It comes with a new cheap mouthpiece that works good with it, a new ligature and a new plastic mouthpiece cover and a new case that is very nice quality.
