For sale is a superb figurine of a Hunter riding his horse with two dogs by his side made by Nymphenburg right after WWII. A detailed piece left in the white as is often the case with Nymphenburg pieces to show off the superb modeling. Full of movement with the dogs running to either side of the horse and with lots of little details like the whip, leaves on a tree trunk underneath the horse , spurs on his boots and a sword. The figure is marked with the impressed shield mark on his saddle as well as underneath with the numbers 382 over 2 and the green shield mark with Nymphenburg under that and Western Germany under that. The figure is 7.5 inches tall, 2.75 inches wide and 7.5 inches long. It is in perfect condition which is amazing considering all that fragile detail!
