Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the ship date for a money back refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, re-saleable condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories in order to receive an exchange or refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you need to return an item, please contact us through your account for a Return Authorization. We will quickly issue a Return Authorization # and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order. You must contact us for a Return Authorization # first. We are unable to accept returns without this number clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Defective items are often also covered by a manufacturer warranty, and these warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Most manufacturers ask that you deal directly with them to handle warranty issues. Most product warranties are around 1 year in coverage. We try to provide as much warranty information as there is available, but we recommend contacting the manufacturer if you are unsure about the warranty that comes with your product. Please reference our Manufacturer Warranty Contact List.
*This excludes purchases from All-Star, Easton, Mizuno, & Worth. These manufacturers require that all warranty claims be made through Rampage Sports Group. We will help you set up the return, ship the item back to the manufacturer, and once approved, we will ship you a replacement product. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item, as well as shipping the replacement item. This is the policy of the select manufacturers as per their warranty policy and cannot be modified by Rampage Sports Group.
Shipping
Rampage Sports Group makes every effort to ship orders received by 3pm EST the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders over $99 receive free standard shipping. Rampage Sports Group uses FedEx and USPS for standard shipping services. Shipments leaving our distribution center generally arrive within 7 business days. Rampage Sports Group will provide tracking when the shipment has left our distribution center.
