Presented for your consideration is this antique surgical set made by S. Favre, Paris. The set is for orthopedic procedures and includes 21 different medical instruments. All are made of metal and most of the instruments are marked with \"Favre.\" All instruments store inside of the original wooden case. A small metal plaque that reads \"Favre. Paris.\" is on the top front edge of the case. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details. This neat set would make a great addition to any medical memorabilia collection! A great gift for anyone who is a doctor or medical student!
The set appears to be missingsome instruments. There is some very light age wear is on the instruments from age. One brass corner of the case has broken off and needs to be reattached. Top name plate on the case is missing and there are some deep scratches on the lid. Case is in FAIR, AS IS condition but the instruments are in VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT condition. Please refer to the photos for the best details.
Case measures 15\" wide, 7 1/4\" deep and 4 1/2\" tall.
