This hard to believe it has survived baby was purchased in a lot sale along with over 100 other vintage dolls. I will be listing the others as I get to them. She is in very good condition. In 1966, Eegee tried a new material; Satin Foam vinyl. It was a great concept for soft, squishable babies however, the material did not stand the test of time as it was hard to clean and not very durable. That is why there are very few who survived. Amazingly, she has only one small tear at armpit. See pix. She is also very clean but can stand a detailed cleaning. Beautiful set glass eyes.Adorable little pixie cut. It appears that a previous caregiver may have put \"lipstick\"??? on her; it looks like nail polish? but her face is vinyl(EZ clean) and it actually looks very natural and good except for a little excess dab to the outer corner of her mouth. SEE PIX. Outfit is not original &; all clothes are as is. I have utilized doll selling guides along with other resources to ensure that the dolls are in an acceptable and clean condition and described as accurately as possible. Vintage dolls have been loved and played with for many a year. As a result, there could be imperfections or flaws that I would not be aware of.
