To me the best sequence in Heavy Metal is Taarna , but the B17 sequence runs a close second. The B-17 is in excellent condition. There is no pencil with this one and no background. The aqua piece does not go with it. This piece is standard cel size of around 10 x 14 inches, and the plane takes up a lot of the cel. I bought it directly from Carl Macek, the author of The Art of Heavy Metal, at SD Comic Con in the early 80s. It does have the embossed stamp of the company who made the film.
