General:

1. I am an individual member, not a business.

3. All photos of Item were taken by me recently.

Shipping:

1. I ship from zip code 10011, Manhattan, New York City, U.S.A.
2. I only ship to a PayPal Confirmed address within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S.A.
3. I shall decide which shipping carrier to use, usually USPS, or UPS for heavy items.
4. At my discretion I can refuse to combine items even if combined shipping was offered.
5. You shall report any shipping damage to me within 24 hours of delivery and send me photos.
6. When requested, I sometimes allow free Local Pickup in NYC of Items under $100.

Sales Tax:

1. No sales tax is charged for delivery to an address outside of NY State.
2. I am legally required and authorized to collect sales tax in NY State, at the delivery address\'s rate.
3. NY sales tax is computed on the total amount paid, INCLUDING shipping.
4. If overcharges your sales tax, pay it and I will refund the \"No Refunds\" is stated, \'s 14 Day Money Back Guarantee shall apply if Item is not as described.
5. If you request a refund, you shall notify me of the reason and follow my instructions for returning Item.
6. I only issue refunds by PayPal after you have returned Item to me and I have inspected it.

Legal Issues:

1. Item is in used condition and is sold \"As Is\" and without warranty.
2. You assert that you know how to use Item properly and safely and will do so.
3. I shall bear no liability for any damage incurred after delivery, especially during reshipment.
4. We both agree not to enter negative or neutral response before trying to resolve any problem.
5. I shall have the right to cancel your offer or void your purchase if you violate these Terms, Policies and Practices.
6. My sole liability, and your exclusive remedy for any defects or damages, whether incidental, consequential
   or otherwise, related to the use or misuse of Item shall be my refunding of the purchase price to you.
7. In any litigation, New York State\'s Laws shall apply and Courts located in New York County shall have jurisdiction.
