These Persian Meels were hand turned in my workshopusing local grown ash wood. Ash is sometimes used in making baseball bats, which makes it a good choice for thePersian Meels. I handapplied one coat of tung oil to give it that naturalappearance. They areapproximately 18\" long and 3\" in diameter. They each weighapproximately2 lbs. each. I hand stamped the number two on top of each club (see photo).
