These are new with shelf ware, Foster 8 ohm horn tweeters. Should mention that one of the bullets on the inside of the tweeter has some light corrosion that may not show up in the pictures. Both ohm and play good. Believe these are the same as the Fostex tweeters but please do your researchand make up your own mind.
