THIS IS BEING SOLD AS PARTS OR TO BE RESTORED PER POLICY AS IT IS INCOMPLETE AND I AM UNABLE TO TEST IT TO ASSURE THAT IT WORKS AS INTENDED.

THE DAYTON MODEL 9M529 MOTOR RUNS STRONG AND QUIETLY ALTHOUGH IT IS MISSING THE GROMMET WHERE THE WIRES ENTER THE MOTOR CASING.

THE CUTTER BASE AND PARTS ALL APPEAR TO BE IN GOOD OVERALL CONDITION WITH NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR WEAR.  THE CUTTING WHEEL ALSO APPEARS TO BE SHARP AND FREE OF ANY DAMAGE OR WEAR.

ALSO INCLUDED IS 3 OTHER CUTTING WHEELS, 2 ADDITIONAL KEY GUIDES WITH SPRINGS, AND 3 STEEL POINTS BUT I\'M NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT THESE ARE.
