This is a Peavey T-25 body. I had it checked out by a tech, and everything works great. Also, the should cracks shown in the photos are relatively superficial and do not effect the integrity of the instrument (this was confirmed by the tech I took it to as well). The cracks can be seen when the neck is removed, but they are not so serious that they spread or move. However, the original neck was damaged. The neck in the photos is off of an old throw-away guitar. It wanted it to have something to keep the neck plate in place and keep it sturdy in the case.
