If you\'re looking for the ultimate PSG with just about all the options, here it is. Made by Duane Marrs in what I believe is 1986. Duane has long been consideredthe ultimate builder.This PSG has 5 pedals and 4 knee levers. I bought it for my son about 10 or 15 years ago and he hasn\'t touched it since. He has no interest in old time country music. It\'s been in dry storage ever since. I took it out and used it for about 3 months while my Bud was being refinished. It sounds good even with the old strings. It plays well too. It holds tune very well. I\'ve made the decision to sell it.

It\'s mechanically perfect. The only issue it has is with the tuners. After being in storage for so long, the\'re kind of sticky. James Morehead thinks oil and excercising should clear it up. I don\'t work on this or much of anything for that matter. I don\'t have the mechanic gene.... Here\'s the copedant.

The 1st 3 pedals have the Day setup. The Emmons is simply a reversal of the A & C pedals and can easily be reversed again by changing the appropriate rods. The 4th and 5th pedals are as follows. The 4th pedal lowers the 5th and 10th strings. The 5th pedal is pretty intereting. It raises the 3rd, 5th, 6th and 10th strings and lowers the 9th. Not all at of course. If you want the PF tuning you would tune them up accordingly and detune the other ones. The others leave an virtual rendering of your choice or just leave it as it is or have fun experimenting with them.

The knee levers are as follows. LKL raises the the 6th string. LKRraised the 4th and 8th strings. RKL lever lowers the 4th and 8th strings. The RKR lowers the 2nd string with the appropriate stops in between.

If you check my response you\'ll see one negative comment in all the years I\'\'ve been on . It came from someone that wanted more than he had coming and I refused. Check it out for yourself. No one has ever gotten taken by me... period.
