In very good cosmetic condition. Rubber pulley band is distressed. Cord to cabinet is missing. Other wiring may need gone over as it is not perfect. The rest looks good. Pulley spins manually easily. I did not test because of old test cord needed - did not have. I would expect this to be an excellent unit. Includes: Unit, Cabinet, Chair, Instructions and other paperwork, other attachments and items as shown. I am not familiar with unit so I could not tell you of completeness of attachments. I would prefer pick-up, but will make some sort of a mini crate and ship UPS. See pics for details. Thanks for looking!
