Shipping:

Please confirm your shipping address prior to placing your offer.

We will ship only to the confirmed address listed on your Paypal account at the time your order was placed or the billing address associated with your credit card payment if paying by credit card. All items are shipped within 1 business days of receipt of cleared payment (with exception of weekends and holidays). All sales completed after 3:00pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Oversize items and TVs over 42 inches will ship via specialized freight carrier (standard scheduled delivery 8-10 business day to delivery). Delivery is Monday through Friday. All packages with a value of $100 or more and all freight shipments (including TVs) require signature confirmation. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or rerouted, only returned for a refund (less return shipping charges) or credit or exchange. At this time we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.

Freight Shipments:

For large items, TV\'s over 42\", furniture, and large speakers are tendered to delivery agents. Expected time for delivery in most cases is 8-10 business days, but can be longer. These deliveries can be longer if the delivery agent does not have an opening or only travels to your delivery area on a weekly basis.

Alaska & Hawaii Residents:

We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii. However, additional shipping charges may be required as shipping rates to these states are much higher.

International Customers:

At this time we DO NOT offer international shipping. If a sale is completed with an international address we will unfortunately have to cancel the transaction.

Return Policy:

We do our absolute best to ensure every item we ship is 100% as listed and all functions work properly. It is important that upon delivery you inspect the item for damage or defects in the event that we missed something. We will not accept returns after 14 days of delivery for any reason.

All returns require an RA#. To receive an RA Please call 267-328-2121.

Orders returned without an RA# will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping charges.

No Return/Exchange On: Televisions, oversized product shipped via motor freight (including furniture), opened car merchandise, including sub-woofers and amplifiers. We also do not accept returns on In-ear headphones.

Refusing Packages:

In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping costs.

Shipping Damages:

Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery date. Please call us at 267-328-2121.

Redelivery Fee:

UPS Shipments: UPS will make only 3 delivery attempts. If you are unable to be home to sign for your delivery please contact us directly at 267-328-2121. UPS will not allow you to make any changes to the delivery. We must contact UPS to authorize any changes once the item is shipped. If the item is not delivered within 3 attempts UPS will return the item to us. At this point it is considered a refused package and will be treated as referenced above under \"Refusing Packages\"

Freight Shipments:

When a shipment is tendered for delivery, and through no fault of the freight carrier such delivery cannot be accomplished, the original cost of delivery for each additional tender of delivery to the original destination point will apply.
