911 MotorsportsThis plasma stencil kit is for Thermal Dynamics plasma cutters with a .580\" diameter drag tip.The plasma stencil is used for easy hole cutting using a plasma cutter. It\'s as easy as drawing a circle....... with a plasma torch. Each kit includes 10 different hole sizes. The outside radius acts as a bonus cutting edge. The stencils are made from 1/8\" plate steel and have an anti-spatter coating. Hole sizes and centerline marks are laser etched for easy use.

Hole sizes: 1/2\", 5/8\", 3/4\", 1\", 1 1/4\", 1 1/2\", 1 3/4\", 2\", 2 1/2\", 3\"-Designed for use with a drag shield attachment- *Verify your tip diameter is within .010\" for proper cutting

-2 1/4\" larger - Thermal Dynamics - Example: The 3/4\" hole stencil would cut a 3\" outside dia.The hole is cut from the center of the arc, which makes an interior cut slightly oversized and an exterior cut slightly undersized. If you cut a hole with the 2\" stencil the actual cut size would be approximately 2.06\" I.D. and the circle that was cut out would be approximately 1.94\" O.D. We found this ideal to allow easy fitment on most parts. The plasma stencils stay cool to the touch because they are offset to the plasma cut.
