Paint condition is typical Pocher, with some rough areas such as the headlight covers, and several paint chips. It appears to be adhesion problems with the original paint. Expect that it will need repainted. The windshield frame is bent, but not broken. Hinges for the engine cover are broken. Many parts are loose, and some may be missing.
