Up for sale is a POPEYE THE SAILOR MAN SPARE TIRE COVER, CUSTOM DESIGNED, HARD PLASTIC, 28\" SIDE TO SIDE... This cover was designed to fit over a spare tire on a conversion van back in 1990. The cover was removed eventually and was hung on the side of a building as a decoration (see pictures). It is in good condition, it does show some age and the plastic coating over the design is peeling. With a little TLC, it could be used again. It weighs approximately 3 lbs.
