Antique Primitive Tool Sugar Nippers. I believe this dates back to the 1700s. This was obtained from a local sale of items removed from the Rochester Historical Society in NY. Picture of asset number assigned while in inventory. I know nothing about this tool or what it may have been used for, so I will try to answer questions as best that I can.
