This one dose not come with manual or a plug in it comes with regular batteries pack and a battery pack for rechargeable batteries it powers on i do not no how to program so i just turned on.
Come from many different sources (mainly Estates Sales) and are subject to show signs of age, use and wear. Because we sell almost all vintage items they are sold \"AS IS\" and we always state if it is in working condition.
