Believed to be from Philippines but again I can be wrong. These could be a real sleeper since I have no clue. My wife purchased from a reputablesale house that I have no specific details. I know its been around at least overtwo decades. There is no question is very old folk art and primitives from Pacific Islands. Was reframed to suitable frame for extra protection from a studioand art gallery in Sacramento and a plaque was added Hand carved Native Filipino Fan used in 1800\'s. Dimensions of the frame is 16 inches wide and 20 inches high and appx 1-1/4 thick with velour dark blue material as background. If you are in these type art collecting you may have hit the jack pot. I have no use guys. Any input from you knowledgeable guys appreciated.
