Not often seen manufacture. From what i have seen, manufacture was in business for only one year in Berlin. 1891 to 1892. Clock has solid case, but has some imperfections. Some nicks, scuffs, and dings around. Part of exterior frame of side glass is cracked. One side glass is loose. Movement is a bit grimy, but springs are good, and clock does run for a few minutes, but then stops. Clock does strike the appropriate amount of hours on the top of the hour. Movement is marked P&C and has a standing bear. All glass panes are intact. Door does open and close, and clasps do engage. Some surface tarnish/rust to metal parts on pendulum and some tarnish on face of bob along edge. Porcelain dial has no cracks. Look to be missing top finial. Measures 29 inches tall. 14 1/4 inches wide. Given the clock is in need of service, i am selling as is. I will pack with great care, to insure safe travel for shipping.
