Model # is 72D not 720D
I used a pair of channel lock plyers and turned the gear holding the shaft and the shaft turned all the way around with minor resistance. I wanted to make sure, a mistake was made on the model # 72D not 720D. And you did see by the magnito where the shaft was cut and pully was missing. Thank you
