here is a Museum quality plains Indian bird effigy war club from the 19th century.. it has brass tacks, file branding, A forged Iron point protruding from the mouth of the bird and a round trade mirror drop with remnants of wild Turkey feathers. The club measures 25” x 8” x 1.5”. The top half of the beak may have been broke or cracked at one point and glued but barely noticeable and a old repair. Displaying a wonderful patina overall. All known provenance will be given to the buyer. This club has been in my personal collection for years and originally came from Indian hands.
