I have been able to get this scanner to power up, and I have been able to enter frequencies.I have not been able to hear any audio from it. Unknown if the battery pack charges. Comes with scanner and Ni-Cad battery pack.Does not come with A/C power supply or antenna. Please send me any questions via E-Bay Unit is being sold as-is, no refunds.
