Baby “Penny” is the adorable and very popular sculpt created by the very talented Natali Blick. There were only 999 kits produced, and they are now sold out. She has the sweetest expression and is fun to pose.I took her photos over the span of several days in various lighting conditions with and without flash so you can get an accurate view of her skin tones. I achieved Penny\'s lifelike appearance and unique glowing complextion by adding many thin layers of Luminaire paints which are permanent and will not chip or fade with time. I like these paints, as they give baby a very natural soft look. Baby\'s skin has a realistic 3D look with mottling, subtle veins, capillaries, and blemishes added to her full arms, full legs and head. Each sweet baby crease is enhanced for realism. Her nails are painted a pale pink, tipped with white and sealed for a newly trimmed look. After the paint has cured, she is sealed to protect the vinyl from scratches and uv rays. Her nose has been shaded for depth, and gloss was added to the eyes, lips and nose for a moisture effect.

Penny has beautiful German glass eyes in a blue color with wispy micro-rooted lashes and carefully painted baby brows.

Baby has gorgeous fawn Delta Dawn Mohair which I rooted using a fine 42 gauge needle. This process is quite time consuming but is well worth the effort. The soft hair is sealed from the inside, and therefore, can be gently styled using a soft baby brush, mohair conditioner, Johnson\'s No More Tangles or water.

Penny has full limbs along with a jointed soft white German flannel body. Her limbs, head, and body have been carefully weighted with fine glass beads and filled with soft fluffy polyfill (only the best :o) This baby is a one-of-a-kind cutie, and is so cuddly, you will not want to put her down :o)
