Penelope has insertedblue, gray newborn eyes and applied light brown eyelashes. She has beautiful blonde \"Baby\" style wig that has been permanently applied. Penelope has been painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints. She has delicate fingernails, toenails, blushing, veins, eyebrows, and 3-D skin. Her original body has been replaced with a larger, jointed body, thusmaking her now approximately 17 inches compared to the 13 inches she was originally. She can now wear newborn and 0-3 months size clothing.Penelope has been weighted with plastic pellets. She also has a magnet inserted behind her lips that isperfect for magnetic pacifiers.
