Tri-fold needle book withburgundy leatherette cover has a lady\'s profile on thefront and lion on the back. Elastic strap closure has lost its elasticity and is broken.
First section is marked \"Patent No. 1088057, Feb. 24, 1914.\"Middle section is labeled \"Superfine Needles Gold Eyes Patented Aug 11, 1914. No. 1106773. Made in Redditch, England.\"The third section is labeled \"Superfine Needles Silver Eyes Patented Aug 11, 1914 No. 1106773. Made in Redditch, England.\"Needle booklet is not complete. The first section has two large needles and a few standard sewing needles. The needles in this section show some rust. The second and third sections appear to be missing about half their needles.

This is an antique needle book showing wear including rubbing and worn spots most notably at the top and base of the spine, around the edges, and at the corners. Not complete.
