Shipping

We make every attempt to ship the same day on orders received by 3:00 pm if we have received notice of payment.
We ship with the lowest cost and fastest carrier based on the product size and weight. Who we use is our choice unless you make a special request. We want to accommodate your timing and budget. If we can combine shipping we will automatically. On occasion a small handling cost is added to shipping fees to cover packing materials or very low margins. Signature Confirmation and Insurance:
We do not normally require signature confirmation. If you feel that it is needed for your address please let us know with a separate note at the time of order. We will at our discretion require signature confirmation. If we determine that the value of the item or the location that it is going to warrants it. If you are not at the address when the package is delivered the carrier will leave a note. Please follow up with the carrier to get your package. If the package comes back to us we will ask you to pay for the actual cost of re-shipping

International shipping:
We are happy to ship your item internationally. We are not responsible for duties and other local taxes that may be imposed. Warranty / Returns

We warranty this item for 30 days. Request a RMA and I will replace your unit or give you a credit for a different item if I cannot replace the item. Item must be an internal defect not caused by abuse. Cosmetic damage is not warranted. If you have a problem with an item please call or Email us. If we cannot solve the problem with technical assistance we will replace the item as follows: Within our 30 day warranty period we will provide a prepaid label for you to return the product and upon receipt and inspection replace, exchange or refund the product. If you are outside of the 30 day window we will normally direct you to a factory Authorized service center. Occasionally we will exchange the product at your shipping expense. If you wish to return an item within the 30 days for any reason other than a defect or shipping error we ask that you request a RMA and pay the shipping both ways.

Corded Products are designed to work with North American 110/120V outlets only. Products used in foreign outlets without proper use of a voltage adapter/converter will not be covered our or the Manufacturers warranty.

Gas Powered Products: Because of issues with shipping gasoline we prefer that gas products be taken to a local service center. We will be happy to provide the location of service centers in your area or you can go to the manufacturers website. If you do need to return a gas powered item you must empty the tank and lines completely To do this: Drain the fuel tank, re-tighten the gas cap, and start the unit and let it run until it stops. Only then you will know that it is empty. Make sure you tighten the oil cap completely.

RIDGID Brand Hand Held Power Tools, Stationary Power Tools, and Pneumatic Tools are automatically covered under a 3-year Limited Warranty. This 3-Year Limited Warranty begins from the date of purchase shown by a valid receipt. If a valid receipt is not available, the 3 year limited warranty period begins from the date of manufacture on originally purchased equipment. For batteries and chargers, if the receipt is not available, and the battery/charger serial code differs from tool console more than 12 weeks, the origin of the battery/charger cannot be verified. In this case, the tool serial code must be used to verify warranty, NOT the battery/charger serial code. Note that all accessory batteries and chargers sold separately must have a valid receipt to verify warranty status since they are not sold with a tool console in a kit.

Lifetime Service Agreements are only available on retail purchases from Home Depot

All Reconditioned Power Tools and Outdoor Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This includes Batteries and Chargers.

Refurbished / Reconditioned Tools

*Ryobi, Ridgid, Homelite and other Home Depot Overstock and Reconditioned tools:
Many of the tools we get are tools that Home Depot has exclusive retail distribution.
Tools that are returned are they are extensively tested to insure that it meets to the high standards of the manufacturer.
These are sold as RECONDITIONED.

Sometimes the factory makes more than Home Depot accepts and to reduce their inventory they sell them as Factory Overruns or Blemished. These are new products.

Reconditioned items are labeled RECON. This way a discounted product is not returned to Home Depot for full price.

Batteries cannot be reconditioned. But they also can\'t be sold as new if they were returned to the store.
With batteries please be assured you are getting a virtually new product that is labeled RECONDITIONED.
Occasionally we get battery Overruns. Usually they do not have retail packaging.
