$1250.00

THE EASY, RAPID AND EFFICIENT WAY TO SEPARATE CLEAN OIL AWAY FROM DIRTY ROCK SAW SLUDGE

NO FILTERS - CLEANS THE OIL BY SPINNING THE SLUDGE OUT OF DIRTY OIL & STORES THE SLUDGE IN A ONE GALLON CAN.

NEVER SCRAPE ROCK SLUDGE OUT OF YOUR ROCK SAW AGAIN. ALWAYS HAVE CLEAN ROCK SAW OIL WITHOUT MANUALLY CLEANING THE SAW TANK.

The EASY CLEAN Oil Recovery System will keep your rock saw cutting oil clean. This oil recovery system is the latest and most successful oil sludge removal unit since building the first model in 1997. This EASY CLEAN unit has been used and tested by many commercial rock cutters over the last two years.

ADAPT THIS OIL SLUDGE SEPARATOR UNIT TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS

Easy Clean oil recovery unitsare currently being used with rock saws sizes from 14\" to 36\". It can be used on rock saws up to 48\" size, or even drag saws. Use it to clean oil in multiple rock saws. Some usersalternate the Easy Clean unit between saws.

For quick cleaning of a dirty saw, just drain the oil into a bucket and use the pump to deliver the oil to the easy clean unit. The pump provided can be used as a submersible pump in a bucket or use as an inline pump connected to a rock saw tank.

If the dirty oil is fluid enough to flow through the pump and tubing, the Easy Clean unit will remove the sludge.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

The EASY CLEAN Oil Recovery System pumps dirty cutting oil from the saw tank drain into the oil separator unit where the sludge (rock cuttings) spins the sludge oiland isaccumulateda one gallon canister, and the cleaned oil is returned to the saw by gravity flow. The oil flow rate is 2-4 gallons a minute depending on how the pump is situated. The one gallon canisters can be cleaned and reused. Two canisters are provided with this complete unit.

CONNECTING THE UNIT TO A SAW

All of the fittings and accessories needed for connecting the oil separator unit to the saw are provided. For setup, drain the oil from your saw and replace the saw drain plug with the bell reducer and tubing barb assembly that is provided. Place the drain screen into saw tank drain hole inside of the saw tank. Drill a 1 3/8” to 1 1/2” hole for the clean oil return, bulk head fitting, in the saw tank side wall or end wall, depending on where you place the separator unit. The bulk head fitting hole should be one to three inches above the regular oil level in the saw tank. The bulk head fitting is provided. A DVD is provided thatillustrates the step bysetup procedure.

Place the separator unit on a table or shelf so that the clean oil return fitting on the separator unit is above the bulk head fitting that you haveinstalledin the saw tank wall so that the clean oil will gravity flow from the separator unit back into the saw tank.

Place the pump lower than the saw tank drain. Cut a length of 3/8” flexible tubing to connect between the saw drain barb and the pump inlet barb. Use another length of 3/8” tubing to connect the pump outlet barb to the barb on top of the separator. Insert the pump electrical cord into the receptacle next to the motor switch.

Replace the oil to the saw tank and you are ready to go. Refilling the saw with clean oil is recommended.
