Used key wind clocks will need to be regulated for the location they will be used and may need service for proper operation. New clocks and used clocks that are stated to contain new battery quartz movements have a 30 day warranty. This warranty is limited to a free replacement movement mailed to your location for local installation. For the most part, replacing a quartz movement is an easy, do it yourself procedure.I guarantee that my items are honestly represented and will accept a return within 14 days for a full refund if I inadvertently misrepresented an item. The new products I sell are guaranteed to work and can be returned if they do not work but do not carry a manufactures warranty.Some notes about response:
