OHIO SALES TAX

• We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax on any orders shipped to Ohio

Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via automated email.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your item does not arrive within 40-45 days, we will re-ship it (this excludes Brazil, please see below). We will only re-ship once, if you still don\'t receive your item, we will issue a refund.

UNITED STATES

• You may have the ability to choose your preferred shipping carrier if you purchase an item with free shipping. However, your selection may be amended by CheapBandStuff.
• AK, HI, and US Territories do not currently qualify for free shipping promotions.
• First class shipping varies in transit time and is often not what the postal service quotes, especially during the holiday seasons.
• USPS customers will receive a delivery confirmation number, which is generally not trackable via the USPS website.
• UPS and Fedex customers will receive a tracking number when your item ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Free shipping promotions are not eligible for international customers at this time.
• All international orders are shipped via USPS only.
• Most of our items are shipped via first class mail. Although the typical delivery time is under 20 days, a package can take up to 25-40 days to arrive due to customs.
• When you purchase an item from us, you will be given a customs number as proof that the item shipped, but that number can only be tracked within the US. Once it leaves the US sorting facility, tracking is no longer available.
• We DO NOT ship to Russia or at your own risk! We do not guarantee shipments to Brazil. We are unable to track items once they leave the US, and the post offices in Brazil are unreliable. If your item does not arrive, you will not receive a refund and we will not re-ship your item.
• We CAN NOT change the price of your item for customs purposes since we use automated shipping for quick shipments.

We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer\'s defects. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund free of charge. After 7 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. At which time a replacement will be sent at our cost, or a refund of the purchase price will be given.

Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
