This is probably the best wheel I have seen for a Rupp Go Kart. Bought this many years ago and have been sitting on the shelf. There is no rust on this wheel, chrome is the original flash chrome , has some light shelf wear. The rim is perfect with no wear to the rubber at all. I don\'t think this has ever been used.
