Listed as new (other) because it is LN. Used a cpl of times. Cork, blank, guides are all ec. Fresh water use . Rod does not have scuffs, scratches. Glare in pics makes it appear that way. Comes with sage sock and tube. One of the best 10 wts ever made. I have 3 of them and one has to go.Check my rating.
