Mirror is to be mounted in the upper corner of a room.
Logo is made into the mirror. It is NOT a decal.
The mount on the back is a ball-swivel. You will need to go to the hardware storeand get a mounting arm-bracket. It did not come with one when I bought it. Inever mounted it because I have too low of a ceiling in my basement bar. At the time I saw it, it was too cool not to buy it.
Mirror is 18\" round.
