All bikes are visually checked for safety and functionality of the components, then the bicycle is packaged to arrive in the safest manner possible. We do not check the bicycle and its components for cosmetics, but we strive to describe as much details of the bicycle that may concern you as a buyer. Please ask as many questions as you can before you offer and pay. If a component is non-functional, we will replace it with an equivalent, functional part, either used or new depending on what we have available. Also, it is best to understand how to assemble and disassemble parts of a bicycle before purchasing a used bicycle because while we are willing to replace a defective part, we will not cover the cost of labor or time lost due to repairs.

Our Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are due within 3 calendar days from the end of the sale or when your best offer is accepted. If the sale ends or your offer is accepted on Tuesday, then your payment is due on Friday at 11:59 P.M. Failure to pay may result in your item being offered to someone else or relisted for sale.
Will accept refunds within 14 days if buyer pays return shipping. Refunds only accepted if the item is returned in saleable condition.

About Good Karma Bikes:
Good Karma Bikes (GKB) is a non-profit bicycle shop that provides homeless and low income working people with safe, reliable bicycle transportation to provide them the freedom and ability to travel to the places, appointments and people that can facilitate their improved quality of life; and sometimes, a way off the streets and into a better life. GKB partners with homeless-services powerhouses InnVision Shelter Network to reach the community members who need our GKB brand of transportation. We also collaborate with Catholic Charities\' Refugee Resettlement Program and Sacred Heart Community Services. We teach bicycle mechanic skills to interested clients, so that they may join us in service to others. The \"pay it forward\" spirit is strong within our community. And if that weren\'t enough, we serve as credible and compelling job references for our client-volunteers through our Certified Bicycle Mechanic job skills training. We also accept donations of bikes (working or not) and various bike parts, provide receipts for taxes, as we are a 501(c)3 organization. Please drop them off at our shop during regular hours or call to see if a volunteer is there during other times. We waste nothing at Good Karma Bikes and appreciate all donations. We also sell bike helmets, accessories, parts.
All proceeds go toward Good Karma Bikes.
